At the grand finale held at the Hypo Centar on March 27th, Lana Obad from Zagreb, was crowned Miss Universe Croatia 2010. Lana Obad is 21 year old beauty and stands at 1.73 m. She will represent the country at the Miss Universe 2010 pageant. Lana Obad is currently the Zagreb Economics Faculty student. The prize for 2010 Miss Universe Croatia is a car, a Chevrolet Spark.

First runner-up is Katarina Martinovic from Split, and second runner-up is Ana Soldo from Solin. Miss Photogenic is Jelana Vuletic from Vukovar and Miss Congeniality is Antonija Kalinic from Solin.
